Our PVA M155 is a general all purpose bookbinding PVA adhesive. It may be used for a variety of packaging and bookbinding applications, either by machine or by hand, particularly suited for use on Swift, Balema or Nubal machines for hand case making.

PVA M218
|
PVA M218 has been specially formulated for Conservation Work and has a pH of 7.00. The dried adhesive film delaminates in the presence of water. However, as conservation can be varied and requirements differ, we recommend that the customer should test this product against their specific conservation requirements. It is also suitable for general bookbinding applications, either by machine or by hand.

Glue Dispenser with Brush
This cleverly designed container will dispense just the right amount of PVA adhesive into the reservoir. Ideally suited for most adhesives, gums, dyes, lacquers, fabric dressings, liquid polishes and all other liquids which evaporate and become solid quickly.

B36 Starch Paste Powder

B36 is a pre-gelatinised starch refined from regular Maize.. It is a general purpose pure bookbinding paste and contains no fungicide. To prepare, whilst vigorously stirring, add powder to cold water until required consistency is reached.

Rex Special Paste

CB4 Flexible Animal Glue
|
CB4 Flexible Glue is a Natural Adhesive of low odour, it has a wide application in the Bookbinding industry. Its lower solids and special chemical additive give a longer open time than our C1 Flex, but nevertheless, still retaining a good initial tack. It can be applied by brush for spine work or by machine (i.e. Balema,Swift or Nubal) for hand assembled case-making, and is eminently suitable for conservation work. This adhesive has additives to reduce cracking and to give very good non-warp characteristics.

C1 Flexible Animal Glue

C1 Flexible Glue is a Specially formulated natural Adhesive of low odour. Its high solids and being fully flexible give it a wide application for bookbinding - both spinework and case making operations. Whilst like our slower setting/longer open time grade CB4, this grade is ideal for conservation work. It will also be found suitable for some automatic case making machines, giving excellent non-warp characteristics. It is eminently suitable for use on Balena, Swift and Nubal machines for hand made case making operations.
