Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Please note that due to cost considerations, we have introduced a minimum goods order value of £10 (£11.75 including VAT) per transaction.
If you are purchasing leather, then the prices quoted on all pages incliding the 'Check Out' are based on our 1-3 skin price and due to the variation of skin sizes in stock at any time, this is an estimate only. We offer substantial discounts on purchases of any one type of leather. There are separate discounted prices for orders of 3-6 skins, 7-11 skins, 12-23 skins, 24-119 skins and 120+ skins. Skin sizes vary. If there are increases from the costs quoted to you online and actual costs, we will contact you with accurate costings prior to processing your order, requesting your confirmation that the prices are acceptable.
All shades matched with our Special Matching Service are carried out under 'daylight' lighting conditions, unless otherwise requested. |
Shipping And HandlingSMALL PACKET POST is not a suitable shipping option for Leather, cloth, etc. Because of the wide diversity of products that we offer for sale, it is not possible to predict the exact shipping weight and cost in every case. Bulky but light consignments, for example, may need to be recalculated on a "volume-equivalent-weight" basis. Similarly, certain delicate items may require disproportionately heavy packaging, if shipped on their own. The shipping cost shown is based on typical values - if there is a significant deviation we shall notify you by e-mail, prior to despatch, and ask you to re-confirm the order.
On shipments outside of the UK, an insurance charge forms part of the shipping and handling calculation. If the value of the goods ordered falls below £20.00 Sterling, then we remove the insurance charge and will ship the goods uninsured. |
Delivery ScheduleWe will normally process and despatch your order to you within 3 business days . If there are likely to be any delays in fulfilling your order we will advise you of such. If you have ordered leather, we may contact you to confirm the exact costs involved prior to shipping, and ask for your confirmation to proceed with the order.
NB Where 'Carrier' has been selected as method of shipping, this mean 'Within Two Business Days from Date of Despatch'. With the exception of 'Small Packet Post', all packages will need to be signed for by the receiver.
|
| Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Should there a long expected delay, you will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax ChargesVAT @ 17.5% is payable on all orders that are to be delivered to countries within the European Union. All shipments destined for countries outside of the EU are not subject to tax (VAT).
Please note, that shipments destined for countries outside of the EU, may be subject to local import duties and taxes. |
| Credit Card SecurityWe know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
