An intricate mosaic-style exterior art work depicting Bagheera climbing through the undergrowth, created with hand cut, paper thin coloured leather onlays, backed in a fine Japanese tissue, overlaid with black embossing to create an outline and shading. A glimmering gold Bagheera eye fixates on something in the distance.

A dark green leather title label sits between two raised bands finished with a simple double gold line either side. Date in gold at the tail.

The book also has hand marbled endpapers, hand sewn end bands and full gilt edges in a rose gold. All housed in a protective clamshell box.
