Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an immediate replacement or refund provided we are notified within 14 days of receipt, and you then send the products back within 14 days of the notification. Unless faulty, the products must still be in new, unused condition.
All custom orders are exempt from this, and will be assessed on a case by case basis - you will not automatically qualify for a return or replacement.
Digital items, once fulfilled, are no longer refundable.
When returning a product you can either use our prearranged collection service (if available), or you can send it to us using a carrier of your choice. You must safely repackage the product, as any damages in transit from unsuitable packaging will result is a reduction to your refund.
Your original postage costs will only be refunded when an order is returned in full.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Costs
If a product in your order is faulty or incorrectly sent, we will pay for the return postage costs. Please obtain a receipt & proof of shipping if you have not used our prearranged collection service - we will be unable to refund your costs without a receipt, and if the parcel goes missing with no proof of shipping we will be unable to refund your order.
If the product you wish to return is neither faulty nor incorrectly sent, then you will be liable for the cost of the return postage. If using our prearranged collection service, we will deduct our shipping cost from your refund total. Please obtain proof of shipping if you have not used our prearranged collection service - if the parcel goes missing with no proof of shipping we will be unable to refund your order.
