Excellent communication and very fast delivery with J Hewit & Sons. The machine was in impeccable order and does an amazing job.
For people questioning whether it is worthwhile, I strongly recommend it. Previously I hand skived all the edges on the thinner pieces of leather. As well as being time consuming, my knife had to be kept super sharp and there was still a risk of the leather pushing in front of the blade and chunks coming off. It was quick to install this device, easy to adjust and perfectly consistent at removing edges of the pieces I was preparing.
