Simple but very useful tool. The analogue thickness gauge is needed when working with paper, board, cloth, leather, and other binding materials. Very helpful for accurate bookbinding work.

Good piece of equipment, had it set up in minutes and tried it out. For a beginner bookbinder , it was easy to use and helped me set up gaps for "hinges" when bookbinding
