Semi-limp case binding covered in blue Hewit Pentland goatskin with leather endbands. The motif and title are sanded into the cover. Perforated pastedowns are meant to evoke the night sky. The text is an experiment on composing poetry with a composing stick and the poems explore the theme of night.

"I was initially drawn to the abstract illustrations. As I read the poetry I imagined the printer/poet alone in an isolated studio working alone late into the night. In my mind's eye, I set these poems against a backdrop of jagged mountains faintly visible against a star filled sky."
