Exactly what I needed. Perfect point, lovely to work with.

I have always managed with the pricker, but recently got a magazine binding job in which was especially thick so I ordered myself the Awl, it was perfect for the job, less painful on my hand, after 30 vols! And made a slightly larger hole which as I was sewing with a thinker thread was ideal.

Just started a new project with laced on boards and this was recommended. Very heavy duty bodkin.
