Brass-Edged Traditional Backing Boards

The brass-edged strip of these beech backing boards, allows for easy lining-up of the sewn book block.

• the angle of the brass is roughly 14 degrees from the horizontal
• the top thickness of the backing board is 16mm tapering down to 12mm
• the depth of backing board is 75mm
• the bottom edge is flat, but has rounded corners to prevent marking of the book block
