Premium English Paring Knife

The premium paring knife is a versatile leather knife designed for thinning-down and trimming work. Vibro-polished to prevent discolouration with age. It has a single bevel and is cut from 2.0mm 01 carbon steel, fully hardened to 57 Rockwell.

These knives have no handle, so some users wrap leather around the metal for comfort. The knives may need honing before use.

Knives may show signs of cosmetic blemishes - pitting or scratching - occurred during the manufacturing process. This is due to them being 100% raw steel. These will not affect the functionality of the product.
