Standard English Paring Knife

This traditional Steel Paring Knife is 25cm (10") long and is available in either left or right handed versions. (In the images above, the knife on top is right-handed.) Manufactured from AISI 1085 Carbon Steel.

These knives have no handle, so some users wrap leather around the metal for comfort. The knives may need honing before use.

Knives may show signs of cosmetic blemishes - pitting or scratching - occurred during the manufacturing process. This is due to them being 100% raw steel. These will not affect the functionality of the product. Standard versions may feature a blackened body as in the picture.

Knives may be oiled/greased when delivered. This is to prevent rusting.
