The Original Japanese Screw Punch. The brass chuck holds drill bit supplied with the Punch. Pressure exerted downwards, causes the bit to spin, drilling through paper and board without 'snagging'. Excellent for drilling through paper, leather, board, etc.
The drill comes with a 3.0mm bit only

Has made a very clean hole without much effort. Seems to have a good positive action.
Only a two item order but felt it was treated just the same and any size order.

The three bits that I ordered came well wrapped. Would have been happy for then to come 1st class rather than tracked.
I made the mistake of getting a cheap one of these and discovered it didn't work. This one is a dream to use. I would urge you to not repeat my mistake. Get this and don't buy cheap and buy twice.
