The sample pack makes it so much easier to see the cloth colours and textures. The pieces in the pack could even be big enough to use for testing tooling foil or other material compatibility, if needed.

Exactly what I needed. I expected to need to sharpen it on arrival like a lot of knives like this, but it arrived perfectly sharp. A good entry-level tool, no fuss. I do recommend finishing the handle when it arrives. I gave it a bit of a sanding and then oiled and waxed it.
